Delivery + Returns.

DISPATCH

We wrap every order by hand, and aim to send within 1-2 working days. We currently ship orders Monday-Thursday, so if you place an order between Friday and Sunday, it will usually go out on the Monday.

DELIVERY SERVICES

We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries. Within the UK, there is a choice between Tracked 24(1-2 days, full tracking), Tracked 48(2-3 days, full tracking), First Class (1-2 days). 

All orders outside the UK are sent Tracked and you will receive a tracking link for your parcel once it has shipped. These should arrive at European destinations within 3-5 working days; and to the rest of the world within 5-7 working days.

* Certain countries offer only tracked or signed, so we will use the most secure option available in your region.

COVID-19

We are shipping orders as usual. Some local delivery services are experiencing delays which are unfortunately beyond our control. We are finding that some Royal Mail parcels are arriving later than normal, so we'd recommend choosing Tracked if you need something urgently.

RETURNS + REFUNDS

You may return items within 28 days of receiving them. Please complete the contact us form first. Once we receive the returned items in a condition suitable for re-sale, we will issue you with a refund for the full value, excluding the delivery costs. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for items that have been used or damaged. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit or the return shipping costs.
